The plot is situated in the northwest part of Craiova City, at the entrance from Drobeta Turnu Severin. The terrain is a former industrial site. All the existing buildings were demolished in order to develop the new building. The plot has a large street opening, fact that confers a great visibility and an easy acces. As our Pilot Project, Craiova was also designed as a green A class office building. The construction is developed on ground and four levels and was designed precisely on the needs and requirements of its tenants.
The Office Building is located in a semi-central area of Pitesti. The location is highly visible and very easy accessible by the main public transport. ln the neighborhood there are new apartment buildings, shopping centers etc. The construction was developed on ground and five levels and was designed precisely on the needs and requirements of our tenant. The pilot project which is an A class office building was started in October 2012 and finalized in October 2013. The whole surface was leased in November 2013. The office building was included in the top 100 green buildings completed in 2013, by the Romania Green Building Council.
RC APARTMENTS OFFERS MODERN AND COMFORTABLE LIVING IN THE VERY CENTER OF BRNO.It is a set of apartment buildings, divided into two objects (object A and object B), designed for short and long term rental and offers a total of 67 residential units on 6 floors.
